With 25+ years in HR leadership and compliance strategy, I’ve guided businesses through complex state, federal, and city employment laws in a variety of industries.
I founded Akamai HR Solutions in 2016 to give business owners a smarter, faster way to get attorney-vetted, fully compliant employee handbooks — without endless meetings or confusing legalese. My focus: pragmatic solutions that actually work in the day-to-day.
Why I Do This Work
I’ve seen too many businesses blindsided by outdated policies, overlooked requirements, or costly compliance mistakes. My mission is to give leaders clarity, confidence, and peace of mind — so they can focus on growth instead of worrying about their next HR fire drill.
